Vintage Black Velvet Blazer. Label cut out so not sure of original brand.
 
Size label reads a 12 but due to item being vintage it fits slightly smaller. Best suited to a size 8-10. Modelled on a size 8, 5ft 5 inches.
 
Condition is very good.
