Antique Edwardian Cotton Skirt with blue ribbon threaded through the waist.
Size best fits a 4-6. Waist measured flat is 12.5 inches. The skirt did not fit the model around the waist. Modelled on a size 8, height 5ft 5 inches.
Condition is very good. Small mark on skirt which has been pictured.
